‘But while Owens never met a camera or microphone he didn’t like, and occasionally complained he wasn’t getting thrown to enough — which most every pro wideout does — you never saw him throwing Gatorade coolers on the sidelines, arguing with assistant coaches, bad-mouthing his quarterback, skipping meetings or stiffing his team in a game vital to its playoff run.’

Bills TE Jason Croom: Charles Clay’s release ‘pushing me even harder’
‘“They’re going to do what they’re going to do,” Croom said about the Bills’ decision makers. “All I can do is when that ball comes my way or a play comes my way, my results better be to make a play. That’s all I can do. I really don’t ever concern myself with anybody else.”’
Jay Skurski’s free agency mailbag: Expect Bills to focus on offense

Did Antonio Brown want to avoid joining Buffalo Bills? Agent Drew Rosenhaus weighs in
‘“I’m not sure,” said Rosenhaus. “I think that’s… Brandon Beane came out with a very eloquent statement. So we moved on and started talking with the Raiders and Antonio’s very happy in Oakland. We wish the Bills the best.”’
Buffalo Bills to host Eastern Michigan’s DL Maxx Crosby on pre-draft visit
‘Crosby is viewed as a day three prospect in the 2019 NFL Draft. The defensive lineman appeared in 37 games with the Eastern Michigan Eagles. Crosby recorded 162 total tackles (41.0 TFL), 20 sacks, one interception, eight forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries.’
Capaccio: Ten things I think about the Bills and free agency
‘If I had to rank the most likely free agents to wind up in Buffalo, right tackle Daryl Williams would be right near the top of the list. There will obviously be a connection between him and the Bills considering he’s spent his first four years in Carolina and both Sean McDermott and Brandon Beane will be familiar with him, but the same can be said for Giants’ GM Dave Gettleman, who drafted Williams in 2015 while GM of the Panthers. There are rumblings Gettleman and the Giants may also be interested in Williams.’
Bills Today: ESPN thinks the Bills should sign this free agent
‘Brown is still in the early parts of his career at 26 and has experience at both right and left tackle if more spots open up along the line. Versatility has been a key component as the Bills search for the right players to shore up the front.’
