‘As for the favorite right now, it’d have to be Milano with his play-making ability. He’s not only leading the team but is tied for the league lead. I don’t know if he can keep this pace up, but if he can sustain it a couple of more weeks he could very well be this team’s most valuable defender.’

Bills Today: Will turnovers again be the story between Bills and Dolphins?
‘While the Bills have been incredibly secure with the ball in recent matchups with the Dolphins, Miami has struggled to maintain possession. They’ve turned the ball over 18 times in their last 10 contests with the Bills, this compared to Buffalo’s two turnovers, both of which came in the 2013 season.’
Vic Carucci’s Take Five: Bills can’t allow Dolphins to feel any false confidence
‘The Dolphins’ 5-6 record is misleading. They’re extremely vulnerable in all phases. As many holes as the Bills have, the Dolphins easily are a less talented club from top to bottom.’
Young players continue to emerge for Bills, maybe we should ‘trust the process’
‘“You look around the league, there’s not too many Kyle Williams’ or Lorenzo Alexander’s in the locker room anymore,” said cornerback Tre’Davious White, the inference being that it’s unusual when a pair of 35-year-old players could still be playing as well as they are for Buffalo. “Teams are younger and we’re doing a great job with the quality of guys we’re getting. It goes to show the front office knows what they’re doing in how they’re scouting players and developing players.”’
Roth: Bills’ ‘pro’s pros’ deserve props as they continue to sack Father Time
‘With the average age of Buffalo’s eight other starters on defense being 24.9, the combined 100 years Williams, Alexander and Hughes have been on earth has proven to be a very effective counterweight.’
Bills GM Brandon Beane: ‘We want to be an offensive powerhouse’
‘”We want to be an offensive powerhouse,” Beane told NYUP.com on Friday. “We want to be like some of those teams but you can’t do it overnight. You know you look at Drew Brees and Sean Payton (in New Orleans), what have those guys had? They’ve had consistency. They’ve been together since 2006.’
Bills GM Brandon Beane on how Buffalo can be free agent destination
‘”I think if you have a franchise quarterback … you look at Green Bay. They had (Brett) Favre and then they handed it right over to (Aaron) Rodgers,” Beane told NYUP.com on Friday. “That’s a very attractive place and they have a similar climate that we have.”‘
Can Bills pick up third straight win, and 7 more things to watch vs. Dolphins
‘Is this the week that the run game gets back on track? It’s very possible. Miami is 29th in the league in run defense and has given up 139.8 yards per game on the ground.’
Football game or steel-cage match? Reliving the ugly history of Dolphins-Bills

NFL fan nailed Leonard Fournette in the head with beer can during Jaguars-Bills game
‘The incident took place in the third quarter after Fournette got into it with Bills defensive end Shaq Lawson. After a controversial play near the end zone, Fournette and Lawson started trading punches, which led to both players being ejected from the game. As he was walking off the field, Fournette started to taunt the fans in Buffalo, and that’s when the beer got thrown. The can ended up hitting Fournette squarely on the helmet, which you can see below, if you scroll to the 32-second mark.’
