‘Brian Daboll has called great games in Buffalo’s last two matchups. On Sunday, Daboll did a nice job of working with Josh Allen’s strengths as a passer and runner. He’s also finding ways to utilize Isaiah McKenzie in a variety of ways.’

‘”I would like to see what he thought now after playing the way that Josh played today,” Alexander said. “He played physical and ran over some of the defensive players and made some big plays. When you talk, you have to show up and show out, and Josh was able to do that just by showing the way he played today.”‘

‘”He caused damage running the ball,” Ramsey said. “(Ninety-nine yards rushing), that’s a lot of yards for a quarterback. He was probably their leading rusher, I would assume. So just him scrambling, extended and creating plays for their team was something that hurt us today.”‘

‘”There was something there,” Hyde said. “I feel like Fournette was going after Shaq the whole game, just talking junk to Shaq. I know Shaq, he’s not quiet. I’m surprised we can’t hear him (in the locker room) right now. He’s not a quiet guy. But he’s my teammate, and I understand the circumstances that he was in. He had it on his phone after the game that the dude just came over and hit him. As a man, you have to defend yourself. I’m not saying get kicked out of the game … none of that is good. It is what it is. We move on and will discuss his stuff in the future and hopefully get him back soon.”‘

‘People who simply look at the box score won’t have any idea just how good Josh Allen was on Sunday against the Jaguars. He completed 8-of-19 passes for 160 yards and a touchdown, but had some big third down completions taken away due to penalties and his wide receivers added a few drops. Allen had a few poor passes, but this was his best game of the season throwing the ball.’
