‘Allen’s 26.58 fantasy points are the second-most total in a first half by a rookie this century after Russell Wilson’s 35.76 in 2012 Week 15.’

Tre’Davious White on win over Cousins, Vikings: ‘You like that?!’
‘Following the game, White’s message was clear. Running by WROC-TV Sports Director Thad Brown, the Bills cornerback looked into a camera and yelled, “You like that?!”‘
7 Bills on shocking upset: Nobody respects Buffalo … but we’ll earn respect
‘”I think ever since I’ve been here, every game I’ve been here, we’ve been the underdog. It’s nothing new to us. We just go out and play. The analysts can pick whoever they want but we gotta go out and play. So at the end of the day it’s all just football. We came out and executed a bit better today.”‘
Report card: Buffalo Bills maul Minnesota Vikings for first win
‘Defensive line: A+: Have a game, Jerry Hughes. His final stat line (1 tackle, 1 sack, 2 QB hits) don’t tell the entire story. He generated pressure all day and made Kirk Cousins uncomfortable. Trent Murphy also had a big sack and forced fumble for the Bills while Kyle Williams added a sack of his own. In all, Sunday was a tremendous day for the Bills’ front four.’
Buffalo Bills stun Minnesota Vikings: 8 reasons to be encouraged, 3 reasons to worry
‘Sunday gave Bills fans a glimpse at what made Brandon Beane and Sean McDermott select the quarterback with the No. 7 pick in the 2018 draft.’
LeSean McCoy, Phillip Gaines among Bills inactives vs. Vikings
‘Joining McCoy and Gaines on the inactive list Sunday are tight end Logan Thomas, defensive end Shaq Lawson (hamstring injury), offensive linemen Ike Boettger, Wyatt Teller and Conor McDermott.’
Buffalo Bills pull off third biggest upset in NFL history vs. Minnesota Vikings
‘The Bills can now lay claim to the NFL’s third biggest upset in NFL history as well as the league’s biggest comeback.’
NFL Week 4 odds, over/under: Bills again big underdog vs. Packers
‘The Bills opened as a 10.5-point underdog to the Green Bay Packers for next week’s game despite the massive win on the road against the Vikings.’
Allen looks to be the Bills’ answer at quarterback after Sunday’s win
‘Allen showed why he belongs as the Bills’ starter on Sunday. He did things that Nathan Peterman just did not have the capability to do. Yes, the team’s problems still remain. The offensive line is still bottom five in the league, as are the wide receivers. If Allen had more time to pass or competent receivers who didn’t drop the ball as much as the likes of Kelvin Benjamin and others did, Allen’s numbers would only look even more impressive. The defense has the capability to play as good as it did on Sunday, but lacks the consistency to do so on a regular basis.’
Buffalo Bills Week 3 Report Card: Josh Allen, Matt Milano lead Bills to surprise 27-6 win over Vikings
‘Matt Milano is a stud. He had a fumble recovery, an interception and a sack to lead the Bills to victory. Tremaine Edmunds led the Bills with 10 tackles (seven solo) and a tackle for a loss. Lorenzo Alexander had a fumble recovery and a pass defended. It was an excellent performance by the linebackers. They were good in pass coverage and aided the pass rush.’
Meiler: Game ball goes to the Bills’ coaches
‘Instead of folding, the Bills rallied around each other. McDermott took over defensive play-calling duties, allowing Leslie Frazier to slide into a more effective secondary role. If there was one way to beat the Vikings, it was up front. McDermott and Frazier sent rushers from everywhere, Kirk Cousins coughed up the ball, and you know the rest.’
Bills and rookie QB Allen shock the Vikings
‘“He was decisive early, and that’s important. It looked like he played with a clear mind, and that’s important for our young players …. There’s going to be a learning process still involved, and you hate it. There are plays that we left out there today, but we learn from it.”’
Former Vikings coach Leslie Frazier got the Bills’ game ball after his defensive plan worked to perfection
‘“But sometimes, in our profession, it requires patience. To Sean’s credit, we sat down this past week and worked some things out and I’m back doing what they hired me to do for them.”’

Bills stun Vikings 27-6 in rookie Allen’s 1st road start
‘Though Allen took three sacks and fumbled three times, the Bills were able to recover all of them. He put together a mini-highlight film with his feet while injured running back LeSean McCoy watched in a sweatsuit — with a big smile — from the sideline.’
