Josh Allen remains with second-team offense in Bills’ practice

‘There is still no word on what the quarterback rotation will be for the Bills’ preseason game Friday night at Cleveland. Peterman got the start and played the first quarter against Carolina last Thursday night, while McCarron played the second quarter and Allen took over for the second half.’

They then practiced at 4 p.m. outside and for the first time under Sean McDermott, used the turf field on campus. McDermott has exclusively used the grass field in his two training camps in charge of the Bills, but with the rain making that field wet, he chose to stay off it and work on the synthetic surface.’
