‘The first time police were called to the residence came on July 3, 2017. According to the Buffalo News, Cordon was not present when police arrived. Police found McCoy and his friends at the residence and noted that a “large mound of clothing and personal items” were in the driveway of the home. McCoy told police that he and Cordon had broken up and added that the two were having issues at the time. McCoy also mentioned trying to get jewelry back from Cordon to the police. He stated that “jewelers often times loan them high end jewelry items to wear for events,” and that Cordon had not returned the items despite being asked to do so multiple times.’
