‘“I know Brian and his staff are hard at work now on building their alignment and being on the same page and really trying to take advantage of the guys that we know are on our roster at this point,” McDermott said. “When you look at that system, that’s one of the things that it does. It takes advantage of matchups and so that was attractive to me as I evaluated that situation. We’re going to try to use our strengths and put the players in position to be successful.”’
