Terry Pegula might deserve credit for being the actual process mastermind
‘“Well, the most impressive thing that we’ve accomplish is that [Beane] and coach [McDermott] are joined at the hip, and at the head. They think alike. They’re both very throughout people. They can make very instantaneous decisions like a coach has to during a game, but they also think stuff out to the point where you say, ‘Wow, these guys are very throughout.’ You would think a football coach wouldn’t think like that because things are instantaneous throughout a game, but he’s a very deep thinker and goes through, as you guys would call, the process,” Pegula added.’

It’s unfortunate. You would like some form of structure, but that’s the rule that are set forth and we abide by those rules. It takes advantage of matchups and so that was attractive to me as I evaluated that situation. We’re going to try to use our strengths and put the players in position to be successful.”’
Bills Today: Mock draft goes trade up for Bills
‘Here’s something you won’t see in many of my past mock drafts: a predicted trade. But the Buffalo Bills can’t sit at pick Nos. 12 and 22 and hope a quarterback falls. General manager Brandon Beane has already made one move up (trading Cordy Glenn and pick No. 21 for No. 12) and should know he has to move again.’
