‘Here’s a look at some of the longest active postseason droughts across all major sports (Bills fans, note Buffalo’s absence after almost two decades of disappointment)…’.

The Bills finished the season with a .396 strength of victory, which gave them the sixth spot over the Ravens, who finished with a .299 strength of victory. Getting into the playoffs based on the strength of victory tiebreaker doesn’t happen often. Before this year, the last team to qualify for the postseason based on strength of victory was Green Bay. In 2010, the Packers edged the Giants for the final spot in the NFC, and here’s the good news for Buffalo: Green Bay went on to win the Super Bowl that year.’

‘How exactly the Bills are planning to give the Bengals their free wings — hopefully they aren’t going to buy wings and then ship them to Cincinnati, because that sounds awful — is unknown, but it’s a nice gesture. It’s not everyday you break your historic playoff drought thanks to a heroic touchdown by Andy Dalton and Tyler Boyd of all players. So, wings (and more than a few drinks) seems like an appropriate way to celebrate.’
