‘Brady also has 24 career wins over the New York Jets, giving him the first and third spots on the all-time list.’

Tyrod Taylor carted to locker room with knee injury
‘It is unclear when Taylor suffered the injury. Taylor came off the field after a third-down incompletion in the fourth quarter and was carted off during the Patriots’ ensuing offensive series.’
Rob Gronkowski apologizes to Tre’Davious White for late hit; Bills condemn ‘dirty play’
‘”It was a dirty play, apology or not,” Hyde said. “We’ll see him again in a few weeks. You guys will make this a story. I’ve been a part of plenty of games, whatever sport it might be. There’s been dirty plays. Just got to put it past you.”‘
Rob Gronkowski apologizes to Tre’Davious White, blames frustration for cheap shot

Nathan Peterman takes over for Bills after Tyrod Taylor carted off with knee injury
‘McDermott told reporters that he’d have to review the film before deciding if Taylor would return to the lineup, which is exactly what happened when the Bills beat the Chiefs last Sunday. Now, however, the extent of Taylor’s injury could mean that McDermott doesn’t have a choice and will have to turn to an embattled rookie and hope he can help the Bills to the playoffs for the first time since 1999.’

Watch: Rob Gronkowski Takes Cheap Shot On Bills’ Tre’Davious White
‘Micah Hyde got into his own scuffle with Danny Amendola on the same play so the two teams decided to accept offsetting penalties. Unfortunately for the Bills, Jerry Hughes was called for a personal four for unsportsmanlike conduct after the play and the Bills lost 15 yards.’
Bills shut down by the Patriots, fall 23-3 at New Era Field
‘Nathan Peterman came in relief of Taylor with about 13 minutes to play in the game, and got the Bills into scoring position down 23-3. The Bills get to the Patriots’ one-yard line, trying to get their first touchdown of the game and draw the game closer with time running out. On the 4th and goal chance, Peterman’s pass to Zay Jones in the corner of the endzone was defended well by former Bills cornerback Stephon Gilmore, and the Bills turned the ball over on downs.’
Nothing new, it’s just a loss to the Patriots
‘It’s really a shame the Bills offense couldn’t do anything against a defense that had been giving up plays the past few weeks. This game was there for the taking and really would’ve helped in the race for the Wild Card.’
An expected Bills loss to the Pats can still be depressing
‘It could be watching this pathetic Bills passing game has taken too much of a toll. Games like these, and I include both Tyrod Taylor and Nathan Peterman in this, make you wonder if or when the Bills will ever get a real quarterback. You know, the kind of quarterback who can go out and beat the best teams in the NFL.’
Capaccio: Bills-Patriots: Arrow Up/Arrow Down
‘Last week in this space, I wrote that Taylor was “smart and efficient.” He was neither Sunday. On the opening drive of the game the Bills’ offense gained 66 yards and ate up almost half the quarter. Taylor threw for 35 yards on the drive before floating an easy interception to Pats’ LB Eric Lee. But after those 35 yards on the first series, he threw for 30 yards the rest of the game! (Taylor appeared to be injured on the first series and played most of the rest of the same, leaving just thirty seconds into the fourth quarter with a knee injury). As has been the case too often with Taylor, there were several throws he didn’t make that appeared to be available for good yardage. He finished 9-for-18 for 65 yards with the one interception and no touchdowns.’
Bills shut down by Patriots in 23-3 loss
‘In the 2nd half of play, the Patriots capitalized on their first drive of the half as Western New York native Rob Gronkowski made a couple of big catches that helped cap off a 1-yard touchdown run by Rex Burkhead to extend their lead 16-3. Burkhead would add another touchdown later in the game to make it a 20 point lead.’

‘Brady threw for 258 yards and and was held without a touchdown pass, while tying Drew Bledsoe for the most wins inside a Bills stadium with 14.’
Tre’ White leaves game with head injury after cheap shot from Rob Gronkowski
‘While on the ground, Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski — who was being covered by White — lined up the rookie, stuttered stepped and buried his shoulder into the back of his head.’
