‘Several NFL execs said they foresee a decent trade market for Taylor, who just turned 28 in August, this offseason, and expect interest to form at the combine.’

Sean McDermott Deserves the Blame for Bills’ Putrid Loss to Chargers
‘The Bills may have lost more than just a game as a result of Taylor’s unjustified benching. This is the way a coach loses a locker room, a risk that Sean McDermott invited when he embarked on this foolish path.’
Bills Will Evaluate Nathan Peterman and Tyrod Taylor This Week To Determine Week 12 Starter
‘Now at 5-5 and in the midst of a three-game losing streak, the Bills will face the Chiefs on the road next week in a game that will have major playoff implications. The Bills are currently in the seventh seed, tied with the Ravens for the final playoff spot. The Chiefs still lead the AFC West, but now have just a two game lead on the Chargers and Raiders, and have lost four of their last five games.’
Bills lose huge again. Fall to Chargers 54-24
‘The Chargers continued to move the ball with ease on the Bills.’
The Bills move to Peterman was a disaster
‘I want to say right up front here that I’m not going to judge Nathan Peterman on one game. It didn’t go well, and some of it wasn’t his fault. The position of quarterback is only one of the problems that face McDermott and his staff. I still don’t believe the future quarterback of the Buffalo Bills is even on the roster yet. In the mean time, the team has a lot of work to do.’
Its hard to trust the process right now
‘The bigger issue with McDermott is whether or not he just lost the locker room. That may sound a bit extreme considering the Bills are still tied for 6th place in the AFC but you know there are players, especially those that believe in Taylor that are wondering what the heck McDermott was thinking? It might be tough to preach “trust the process” this week around One Bills Drive.’
Capaccio: Bills-Chargers: Arrow Up/Arrow Down
‘That’s 638(!) yards given up on the ground by the Bills defense in the last three weeks. Over 212 average per game. Wow.’
A debut to forget: Nathan Peterman struggles in 1st start as Bills fall to Chargers 54-24
‘On Sunday, things didn’t go as planned for the rookie.’
Joe B: 7 observations from Buffalo Bills – Los Angeles Chargers (11/19/17)
‘Once again, the opposing team was doing it the same way — right up the middle of the field and forcing missed tackles at the second level. It didn’t matter if it was Melvin Gordon or Austin Ekeler, opportunity upon opportunity was missed by the run defense — and specifically by the defensive tackles and linebackers.’
Bills fall flat in 54-24 loss to the Chargers; drop 3rd straight game
‘The Bills defense, which surrendered 81 points and more than 800 yards of offense in each of the last two games, gave up 431 yards to the Chargers.’
Nathan Peterman benched after throwing 5 INTs against Chargers
‘Peterman finished the game 6-for-14 with 66 yards as the Bills trailed 37-7 at halftime.’
Peterman implodes as the Bills are blown out for the second straight week
‘That dream quickly turned into a nightmare Sunday afternoon.’
Pitoniak: Switch to Peterman blows up as Bills get blown out for third straight time
‘There’s really no need to review the film before making the decision. If it’s all about giving your team the best chance to win now, if you aren’t going into tank mode, then Taylor needs to be back at quarterback until your team is officially eliminated.’
Bills Blown Out Again 54-24
‘Wow! Where to begin? This team has obviously given up on the season. The defense gave up two weeks ago and the coach gave up when he kept Peterman in despite throwing four interceptions and having two three and outs in the first half. In reality this is the team we figured we were getting before the season started but it took two months to show up. Maybe the coach should have stayed with Tyrod Taylor until the team was down to the in the hunt category. Instead he decided to go into full tank mode while the playoffs were on the line for a city that is so starved for a spot. This has to be the absolute lowest point of the 17 year playoff drought and that is saying a lot since we have seen so many low points since the turn of the century.’
Week 11: Offense Was In Giving Mood In Blowout Loss
‘Sean McDermott has seen his team implode the last three weeks. They actually went seven quarters without forcing a punt! His QB change was a disaster and he may have lost the team. Rick Dennison continues to have no answers and it doesn’t matter who the quarterback is. Leslie Frazier either doesn’t have the players or he doesn’t have teh right scheme but his defense stinks.’
