‘After the game, two pedestrians were struck by a sedan on Abbott Road near One Bills Drive shortly after Abbott was reopened after the game. At about 6:15 p.m., officers found one woman unresponsive in the roadway and another had her foot trapped under the tire of the vehicle that struck them. Fire and emergency medical teams extricated the trapped woman, treated both victims and transported them to ECMC. Police later said both were listed in fair condition.’

Taylor had Clay back, and WR Kelvin Benjamin for the first time, and failed to utilize them. He completed his first attempt to Benjamin, and never another; his only two receptions came courtesy of Nathan Peterman. Clay had two catches for 13 yards. So much for the infusion on offense. Peterman led the only TD drive and threw his first NFL scoring pass when the game was long decided. No, he’s not the new starter.’
