‘Oh-yucky line: There wasn’t a whole lot to like from the Bills offensive line. It’s hard to even pick out one guy because there were so many mishaps. Taylor (29/40, 285, 2 TDs, rush TD) had little time to pass throughout the game and was sacked seven times. Prior to the game, Buffalo had only surrendered 19 sacks on the season. Things didn’t get much better for the running game either as the Bills averaged 2.9 yards-per-carry.’

Report card: Bills lose to Jets 34-21
‘Offensive line: F – Deserved failure. Left guard Richie Incognito commented that Thursday Night Football games are “bullshit” after the game and it showed in the trenches. Turnstile offensive line efforts for Buffalo. Along with the prior mentioned seven sacks of Tyrod Taylor, McCoy & Co. only had 2.9 yards-per-carry, which is only at 2.9 because of Taylor’s legs (6-35).’
Buffalo Bills Week 9 Report Card: Tyrod Taylor with 3 TDs, but Bills lose to Jets 34-21
‘Offensive line – F – This quintet was atrocious. The Bills need to run the ball to win. They couldn’t run the ball because the offensive line was dominated by the Jets’ defensive linemen. And Tyrod Taylor, who had a good game against the Jets despite his offensive line’s poor play, was sacked seven times.’

Bills fall flat, get trampled by Jets in missed opportunity
‘All season long, in order to snap the NFL’s longest active postseason drought at 17 seasons and counting, the Bills have had a formula: Protect the ball, force turnovers, run the ball and stop the opponent’s rushing game. Thursday night, that blueprint buckled.’
Bills’ Richie Incognito rips NFL for ‘ridiculous’ Thursday night games
‘“But, you know, whatever. The league makes money off of it. That’s all they care about, anyway. So we just keep trucking. We’ve got a tough group of guys in this locker room, so it’s back to the drawing board, back to Buffalo, and we’ve got the Saints.”’
Jets damage Bills’ AFC East standing, 34-21
‘”We came into their house and they just outplayed us,” Taylor said. “They were really aggressive today and played to their strengths.”‘
Jets run past Bills, 34-21
‘The Jets’ defense came into the game with 11 sacks, tied for second worst in the league with the Titans, but New York kept Taylor skittish all game. The Jets sacked the man they call “T-Mobile,” because of his elusiveness, seven times.’
Richie Incognito: ‘Ridiculous’ we’re forced to play on four-day weeks
‘”They suck,” Incognito said of Thursday games. “They throw a wrench in our schedule. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we have to do this. As physical as this game is, as much work and preparation that goes into this, to force us to play games on four-day weeks, it’s completely unfair and bulls—. The league makes money off it, and that’s all they care about anyway.”‘
The great Tyrod Taylor debate
‘His record, as balanced as a book opened to its midpoint, inspires passionate disagreement among fans, many of whom refuse to believe that Taylor actually might be the rarest of commodities: a franchise quarterback.’
Bills vs. Jets final score, takeaways: New York’s defense thumps Buffalo in blowout
‘Sloppiness also played a role. The Bills were penalized 11 times for 99 yards. They turned the ball over three times, and two were self inflicted.’
Bills have a history of falling apart when hope is high
‘Let’s take a look at past seasons where everything fell apart for the Bills.’
Bills fall to the Jets 34-21
‘Again, nothing from the Bills offense.’
Meet Gary: Jerry Hughes’ alter ego
‘At home, Jerry is a loving husband and father to his one-year old son. On the field, his job is to put quarterbacks into the ground. “Oh, I know I can’t do things at home that I have to do on the football field,” Jerry tells me while standing in front of his locker after a practice. “I have to be a different person.”’
Bills fall to Jets 34-21 on Thursday Night football
‘All three phases of the game failed for Buffalo, quarterback Tyrod Taylor was sacked 7 times, the offense turned the ball over three times, and their defense was unable to force a turnover.’
