‘Buffalo’s Week 8 game against the Oakland Raiders, proved memorable for many reasons. In a pregame ceremony for the ages, the Bills honored Western New York’s first responders. Prior to kickoff, the Bills welcomed a group of men and women, who have dedicated their lives to ensure our safety, to the field to receive recognition. Representing all our hometown heroes, were members of the New York State Troopers, Erie County Sheriff’s Department, Erie County Emergency Services, Windom Volunteer Fire Department, Orchard Park Police Department, Buffalo Fire Department, Mercy Flight, AMR Medical Transportation and Badge of Honor Association.’
