'The idea of the Bills returning home was to get in front of the fans. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate. Lightning in the area forced fans to evacuate the lower bowl and delayed the start of practice. By the time practice started, the crowd was much lighter than anticipated.'

'To this point, Glenn practiced the first six days of practice but has not since. The Bills are entering Day 8 of training camp, but that practice has been postponed due to weather. The session was scheduled to take part at New Era Field in Orchard Park at 5:30 p.m. It will begin a short time after that time.'

'Wrong direction for injuries: A week into training camp the Bills were on the right side of things in regard to injuries, but that's changing in a hurry. Micah Hyde missed his second-straight practice, but head coach Sean McDermott seemed optimistic for Hyde's return. Cordy Glenn missed as well, as McDermott revealed prior to practice the tackle had a second opinion on his ankle. Reports indicated Glenn will return next week at some point. During the session, Shaq Lawson (groin) and Ryan Davis (concussion) left early. Jonathan Williams was also shaken up but stayed. Lawson said after practice he's fine. But so did Hyde and Glenn just a few days ago. Stay tuned.'
