'"Bill (Polian) and I both come from a school where sometimes less is more," said Frazier. "We don't want to complicate things for our players at all and what we're trying to get accomplished. We want our players to be able to play fast and they have adapted very well to the 4-3 and also some of the terminology that we've introduced them to is all things you're familiar with Bill and things we had success with in Indy. But the guys they are really excited about the system and some of the things we're trying to get accomplished. All the players, I mean they all want to play fast."'
