Sammy Watkins has just one year left on his rookie contract, and health issues have plagued his career thus far."'

'"We don’t want to complicate things for our players at all in what we’re trying to get accomplished,” Frazier told hosts Alex Marvez and Bill Polian. "We really want our players to be able to play fast and they have adopted very well to the 4-3, and also some of the terminology that we’ve introduced them to. The guys, they’re really excited about the system and some of the things that we’re trying to get accomplished."'

'The video, which is 2:31 in length, begins with police approaching Washington as he's inside his "slingshot," which is a three-wheeled motorcycle. Police scream at Washington not to move, before ordering to slowly remove his seat belt, get out of the vehicle and then lay on the ground. Washington can be heard telling officers "I don't want to move," as he holds his hands above his head.'

'The video shows the police surrounding Washington's car and telling the second-year defensive tackle to get out of his vehicle. Police saw Washington holding a gun at the time. Eventually the video shows Washington in the back of the police car.'

'Washington is later seen in a cruiser with an officer asking him: "Why in the hell would you have that gun in your hands?"'
