'WGR's Sal Capaccio profiled Hodges back in April, and said that he is considered as a very good coverage linebacker. Hodges may be a good replacement for linebacker Zach Brown, who left this offseason to sign with the Washington Redskins. Sal says that Hodges has a similar frame to Brown, standing at 6’ 1” and 243-pounds.'

Bills hire Gray as College Scouting Director; finalize scouting staff
'“Terrance is what I would label a young riser in this business,” Bills general manager Brandon Beane said in a statement at Buffalobills.com. “(Minnesota general manager) Rick Spielman has had a great staff, well respected guys around the league. Terrance worked his way up to a Southeast area scout. The southeast is well known as a prime talent area. He’s done a great job. Rick gave him a great recommendation. '“It was pretty good,” Jones told Buffalobills.com. “It helps when we’re in the upbeat tempo because the defense can’t do as many things and we have a wide open playbook when we’re in two minute. So it’s pretty good to be out there running the show and telling guys what to do and getting a feel for what you want to see on the field.”'
