'Why would the Bills wait until now when some teams fired their general managers and other scouts after the season? After the draft, there's no more work to be done on the NFL Draft. Those scouts have spent the entire season studying prospects while traveling with the Bills' money. If they were fired in January, they could take that information to another team.'
