'Having played standing up and in a three-point stance, Reddick has the versatility to do well in coverage and rush the passer. He's likely to play the weak or strong side in a 4-3 scheme, which is the Bills' base. Reddick will need a little time for the transition, but has the willingness and accepts coaching well enough to make it work in short order. His man-to-man skills have done plenty to help boost his draft stock.'
