'With the No. 10 pick, Kiper has the Bills selecting Alabama tight end O.J. Howard, the type of weapon the Bills could use in the passing game and a perfect yin to Charles Clay's yang. McShay predicts the Bills will select Ohio State cornerback Marshon Lattimore, who would slide right into Buffalo's starting lineup across from Ronald Darby.'

'“I would say it didn’t take much,” the longest-tenured member of the Bills said Monday after the team’s first offseason workout. “We talked for a couple minutes and I was like, ‘hey I’m in, lets do it.’ I wasn’t a hard sell or anything like that because I think you guys know how passionate I am about playing the game, my teammates, this organization, and this community. To have a guy that speaks to a lot of the things that I like, it was really kind of an easy sell.”'

'The one black mark on Lattimore's resume is that he has dealt with hamstring issues throughout college. He missed his entire freshman season, and missed six games his red-shirt freshman year due to hamstring surgery. To add to that, you may remember he came up limping after his forty yard dash at last months NFL combine. Because of these hamstring issues, Lattimore played just 20 games in college and decided to come out as a 3 year sophomore. So, while his sample size looks great, it is small.'

'“I did it to understand our situation,” McDermott told Buffalobills.com. “I want to better understand this organization and I think it’s kind of an off the field and on the field type approach. What’s it like to play and what’s it like to see this town on fire for this football team? So better understand that and then also just the brotherhood and the bond that went into those teams is so rich. You could just smell it in the room, just the love for one another that was present.”'
