'Boras joins the Bills after spending the last two seasons as the Rams’ offensive coordinator. He originally began coaching in the NFL in 2004 with the Chicago Bears (2004-2009) and has spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars (2010-2011) in addition to the Rams (2012-2016).'
