'And Bills fans just trying to get through the dog days of yet another December where making the playoffs is as likely as a man in a red suit coming down their chimneys later this week.'

Bills 33, Browns 13: Quarter by quarter recap
'The Browns managed five first downs and 90 yards of total offense in the first half.'
Report card
'Hip hip, hooray. Let’s hear it for the Bills who took care of business against one of the worst NFL teams in recent memory. If you take the win against the Jacoby Brissett-led Patriots out of the mix, the combined record of the other six teams the Bills have beaten this season is 17-65-2. Not exactly much to be proud of. Now, yes, it’s true that every win is a good win in the NFL so kudos to the Bills for not stumbling in this game and suffering what would have been a legendarily horrific loss. They did more than enough against an opponent that was helpless on both sides of the ball, but it didn’t prove a thing to anyone.'
Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan on job status: Nobody knows what my future is
'"Can I say that I never heard about it until you just said it or is that going to be another weeklong discussion?" Ryan said after the game. "Because I never did, and I really don't care because I can tell you this, here's what we all have in common, everybody in here: Nobody knows what my future is. A lot of you don't know what your future is, either, so to me, I just prepare the team to the best of my ability, and that's what I'm going to do."'
Bills' Stephon Gilmore also doesn't think highly of Browns' Terrelle Pryor
'"I mean, he's not really, he's whatever," Gilmore said at his locker after the game. "I followed him the whole game. There's a lot of receivers better than him."'
Bills coach Rex Ryan says he's huge Patriots fan for rest of regular season
'With a 33-13 win over the Cleveland Browns in Week 15, the Bills are back to 7-7. However, they could still be eliminated by days end on Sunday if the Denver Broncos manage to beat the New England Patriots. This, Ryan's new favorite team.'
What Rex Ryan had to say after Buffalo Bills beat Browns (transcript)
'We had to win. How much chance we got left, I don't know, but we still got somewhat of a chance, a puncher's chance I believe. So we're going to take our swings. We know Miami's obviously in front of us, they beat us head-to-head earlier in the season and we remember that.'
I bought a $7 ticket to see why Buffalo Bills fans keep coming back during drought
'"Oh, Super Bowl champs!" said a fan polishing off nachos that cost more than his game ticket. In fact, nearly every concession item cost more than the $7 game ticket. Even a bag of popcorn.'
Browns LT Joe Thomas gives thoughts on Buffalo Bills' Rex Ryan being on hot seat
'"if you're not going to give a coach 4 years, don't hire him".
Buffalo Bills injury report: LT Cordy Glenn headlines Week 15 inactives
'Other inactives for this week include Cardale Jones, Dez Lewis, Reggie Bush, Lerentee McCray, Logan Thomas and Gerald Christian.'
Buffalo Bills preparing to fire Rex Ryan, retain Doug Whaley (report)
'Ryan is in the second season of a fully guaranteed, five-year, $27.5 million contract.'
Bills top Browns 33-13 to keep slim playoff hopes alive
'Buffalo head coach Rex Ryan echoed his running back, saying the game was not stress-free. “Sometimes you’re nervous when you play an opponent like that because you definitely don’t want to be the team that gets beat by them,” Ryan said.'
Focus once again on Ryan’s future, not what happened on the field
'What has been a little disconcerting the last two weeks is any indication from either Terry or Kim Pegula regarding their head coach’s future.'
Browns only two losses away from 0-16 season
'The Bills won running away. Literally. The Browns couldn’t stop Buffalo’s league-best rushing attack, allowing 280 yards at exactly seven yards a pop. LeSean McCoy led the way with 153 yards and two touchdowns, the last of which established a new Bills record with 27 rushing TDs on the season, breaking the 1975 mark of 26.'
LeSean McCoy's worth clear after Bills' win
'McCoy is set to earn $6 million in 2017, $6.08 million in 2018 and $6.18 million in 2019 over the final three seasons of the five-year, $40 million extension he signed following the trade. It's been suggested that, at 28, he's too old and too injury-prone to justify that kind of salary. But this season, in managing to stay healthy for the most part and as productive as ever, it can be argued the Bills can't afford not to keep him.'
