'Complicating the decision on Taylor will be what happens if this season spins out of control. 0-4 looks very doable sitting here right now and if big change were to happen do the new people coming in want to kick in the big money on Taylor? You might think new people would like to start all over again win their own new quarterback.'

Bills fire OC Greg Roman, promote Anthony Lynn to OC
'The Bills offense, which struggled to put together consistent drives in Thursday night's 37-31 loss to the Jets currently ranks 29th.'
With Roman fired, Rex is betting on Rex even more
'For the Bills lack of offensive prowess in 2016, Tyrod Taylor should earn quite a bit of the criticism for that. There were many times — five by my count — that he missed a wide open big play down the field against the Ravens. He hit the two deep passes against the Ravens, but there were players running open down the middle of the field that he just flat missed, again.'
Wheel Of Misfortune
Yes – there is one Y, as in yet another coordinator. The defense was horrific on Thursday, so the natural move to be made was to fire the offensive coordinator – if you’re in Bills management this all somehow makes sense. Certainly the offense has looked bad – Thursday reminded us all of the Trent Edwards years when you just prayed that the offense could find some way to stay on the filed longer than a minute and let the defense catch its breath – remember that?
Rex: This move will help our team
'“I know the kind of coach Anthony is,” said Ryan. “I know the kind of person he is and I think the direction that he can take us, I think we need to change. I think we have a lot of talent on offense. I believe that and I believe we’re going to do what we can to put the ball in our playmakers’ hands and I think Anthony can do that.”'
Offensive players prep for changes under new OC Lynn
'The players really don’t have any choice. The good news is the anticipation is the offensive scheme will remain largely the same. The changes that will take place will be rooted in Anthony Lynn’s personal preferences for what is best to utilize against the opponent each week along with a more focused effort to get their premier playmakers the ball.'
Bills relieve offensive coordinator Greg Roman of his duties
'The Bills named Assistant head coach/running backs coach Anthony Lynn as the team’s new play caller on offense, the first time he will man the coordinator role in his coaching career.'
