Reggie Ragland has plans for his NFL break: Keep working
'"This is the most important time for football players, especially in the NFL," Ragland said. "During the break, the guys who are going to stay disciplined are the ones that are normally successful during the season. So you've got to stay disciplined, get the extra cardio in, make sure you're ready for the conditioning test.
