Bills release former Syracuse DB Julian Whigham, re-sign Dan 'Boom' Herron

'Whigham, a multi-year starter for Syracuse, was signed as a free agent after going undrafted in April. He participated in rookie camp and spent more than two weeks with the Bills in organized team activities.'
