'But Ryan does not deserve to be fired. No head coach should be fired after one season, barring extenuating circumstances. What Ryan needs to do is be better in 2016. He needs to show he has learned from his mistakes, because there was no evidence of that this season, no evidence he was a better coach than the one who missed the playoffs the previous four years with the Jets.'
