Defensive line needs to have less jump
'“I made the adjustment during the” Philadelphia game, said end Jerry Hughes, who was twice called for neutral-zone infractions against the Eagles. “After my two offsides, I made that adjustment. And that’s going to have to be an in-game adjustment where, if you feel like your guy is getting off the ball early or if he has an unfair advantage with the snap count being late, you’re going to have to start keying your man.'
Vic Carucci’s Take Five: Can Bills recover from key defeat?
'Play as if it still matters, even if this is extremely close to being a meaningless game. The players are going to have to work up some enthusiasm for these final three weeks of the regular season. They were a pretty dispirited bunch early in the week, reeling from an ugly loss at Philadelphia that was loaded with penalties and other silly mistakes and especially from the fact they’re on the absolute fringes of postseason contention. That game felt like a knockout punch, which it essentially was. The high expectations that followed the hiring of Rex Ryan, aggressive offseason moves and a strong draft have whooshed out of One Bills Drive like air from a giant balloon. With little or no prompting, some players already have begun talking about what needs to be done for the team to improve next season.'

Getting to Know: TE Chris Gragg plays piano, is very ticklish, aspires to be an actor
'If you weren't a football player, what would you be? I'd want to be an actor.'
Vic Carucci's 3 Bills thoughts: Taylor's advantage, O-line's challenge, at least we&a
'Last Sunday, Fletcher Cox and the rest of the Philadelphia Eagles' D-line proved to be a nightmare for Buffalo's blockers. On multiple occasions, Cox simply overpowered the man in front of him. That made for a particularly long day for guards Richie Incognito and John Miller, who, when Cox wasn't blowing past them, were being penalized for holding him. That did plenty to limit the effectiveness of the Bills' offense and cause it to move with an uneven tempo throughout the game. This Sunday, the Bills are going to face a Redskins defensive line, anchored by tackle Terrance Knighton, that is every bit as capable of making life miserable for Incognito, Miller, center Eric Wood, left tackle Cordy Glenn and right tackle Jordan Mills (who is expected to start his third game in place of Seantrel Henderson, who is battling Crohn's Disease).'
Bills-Redskins features interesting QB duel
'Redskins 24, Bills 19.'
Bills still on pace for team penalty record
'The 1,086 yards is just 22 shy of the Bills' all-time single-season record. What's amazing about this mark is it was established in the 14-game season of 1970, and the 2015 Bills will most likely break it in their 14th game Sunday.'
Bills' Richie Incognito talks about possible Pro Bowl honors and his pending free agency
'"It's pretty special," Incognito said about the possibility of playing in the Pro Bowl. "It's definitely something I kind of set as one of my goals, to play at that level. It's exciting. I'm kind of nervous going into next week. I hope it all works out and I can make it."'
Preview: Do the Redskins have an answer for McCoy and Taylor?
'“When coverage is great and things break down around him ,” Redskins defensive coordinator Joe Barry said of Taylor, “he can stick his foot in the ground and run. We’ve got to be conscious [of Taylor" target="_blank"> because they’ve got weapons all over the place but especially the guy that handles the ball on every play.” Gruden added: “He’s a much better passer than I think people have given him credit for. But he’s also very good with his legs; he can run the ball extremely well out of the pocket and throw on the run.”'
Redskins Preparing For Familiar Face In Bacarri Rambo
'“Rambo’s done good, man,” Gruden said this week. “I like Rambo. I felt bad when we had to let him go. I’m glad he’s taken advantage of the opportunity. That does happen a lot in the NFL. You see a lot of players go from one team to another and it just doesn’t work out for whatever reason. Maybe it’s special teams related – whatever the reason was – they go somewhere else and they play better. I’m happy for Bacarri because he’s a heck of a guy."'
With Tyrod Taylor, 'The Play Is Never Over'
'“The challenge with him is that the play is never over,” Redskins cornerback Will Blackmon said. “You have to stay alive. …I think the biggest thing with him is that he’ll take off to get a first down cause he’s a heck of a runner and he was at V-Tech as well. The challenge is to make sure when we pass rush, you know, not have any open lanes for him to just run through, keep him contained, and for us in coverage to truly plaster our guys wait until the ball hits the ground.”'
Bills' Mario Williams (illness) expected to play vs Redskins
'Safety Bacarri Rambo (knee) and running back Karlos Williams (shoulder) are also questionable.'
Bills DE Williams should play, four others won't
'Listed as out for the contest are linebacker Nigel Bradham (ankle), cornerback Ron Brooks (concussion), tight end Charles Clay (back), right tackle Seantrel Henderson (illness).'
Bradham remains out; Mario may play (full injury report)
'The Bills will once again be without several key starters for Sunday’s game at the Washington Redskins, according to the team’s official injury report Friday. However, they may have defensive end Mario Williams available after missing several days of practice with an illness. He’s officially listed as “questionable.”'
