'Running back Karlos Williams appeared to be taking a regular amount of reps as he returned after missing three games with a concussion.'

Bills' Taylor feels 100-percent, says he'll play
'The quarterback met with the media following the practice and concluded that he feels 100-percent healthy for the first time during the 2015 regular season, and that he has no limitations stemming from his knee, or his ankle injury from earlier in the year. Despite the sprain, Taylor revealed that the grade of the injury did not require surgery and was told to just rest the knee and wait.'
5 notes from Bills practice (11/2)
'Even though things are trending upwards for Sammy Watkins and his most recent injury to his left ankle, the Bills aren’t committing to the wide receiver’s return just yet.'
Tyrod Taylor expected to start Sunday; other injured Bills return
'“Tyrod is back,” said Ryan. “We expect him 100-percent for this game, that’s huge. We have a couple of other guys we expect to play.”'
Bills’ secondary still sputtering
'There is a segment of the fan base that won’t be satisfied with Gilmore until he’s a cross between Rod Woodson and Deion Sanders. He’s not that. But he is one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL.'
Bills’ bye came at good time for the fans
'It was a full week to get healthy and clear their heads, to get away from the game and one another before the situation became toxic. And for the legion of fans who hopped aboard the Ryan Express, it was a week to pump the brakes. To me, it sounded like an ideal time for a weeklong sabbatical.'
Messy AFC keeps Bills firmly in mix
'After a disappointing and underachieving first seven games for Rex Ryan’s bunch, suddenly, they still find themselves right in the thick of the AFC wild card race with more than half a season still to play. And if the Bills can get healthy on offense and start resembling the defense many thought they’d be, there will still be a huge opportunity to end the organization’s fifteen year playoff drought.'
Bills look ahead after bye week
'The AFC has three unbeaten teams at 6-0, division leaders New England, Cincinnati, and Denver. The Colts lead their division at 3-4, and they’re currently the fourth seed. Buffalo needs to take aim at the current fifth and sixth seeded teams in the AFC.'
2015 Bills Midseason Report
'“Some good and some not so good,” said Rex Ryan in assessing his team. “Really that’s where we are. We’re a work in progress right now. We’re not where we want to be, but in my opinion we’ve just got to keep getting better and better each week. I think if we do that at the end of the day we’ll be where we want to be. We’ve had a lot of challenges. We’ve had a ton of injuries and that’s kind of offset us a little bit. It’ll be great to get a fully, healthy team together.”'
Ground and pound more like mush and slush
'Let’s check in on the Buffalo Bills’ grounding and pounding. The last four weeks, their lead running back has averaged 2.2, 3.1, 5.3 and 3.8 yards per carry. Jerome Felton, a sledgehammer Buffalo made the second-richest fullback in the NFL, averaged 11 snaps per game over that stretch. In March, Ryan said he’d run the ball 50 times a game if he could. Through six games, no back on the team even has 20 attempts in a game.'
Lack of sacks by the Bills’ front four is puzzling
'A season after finishing with 40 combined sacks, the foursome of Mario Williams, Marcell Dareus, Kyle Williams and Jerry Hughes has just six through seven games. That puts the group on pace for 14 this year.'
