'WR Sammy Watkins suffered a calf injury in the first quarter and did not return to play.'

'This was as thorough a flogging of a division rival as the Bills, and their fans, could have possibly hoped for. Buffalo made Miami look foolish on both sides of the ball with an attacking offense and a dominant, play-making defense. A 2-1 start against this schedule is pretty good.'

'Tyrod Taylor had a bounce-back effort against the Dolphins. When Taylor plays like he did against the Dolphins, completing 21 of 29 passes for 277 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions, Buffalo is going to be tough to beat. He still has to prove he can be consistent week-to-week and clean up some issues with pocket presence, but Taylor is becoming a reliable starting quarterback before our eyes. He might just be good enough to get this team to the playoffs.'

'"Nah, I'll tell you, he's such a weapon," Ryan said. "… If he gets a little bit back — get a little better, a little better, a little better — eventually he'll get all the way back. That would be fantastic. But man, it's so hard to (sit him). He's such a great player. (Williams) is a hoss, there's no question, but we got to do what's in the best interest of our football team and LeSean also.
