'The Bills elected to keep Brown on the active roster after final cuts, amid a report that the Bills were trying to trade the running back. Brown was inactive against the Indianapolis Colts, and subsequently released ahead of the first day of practice in Week Two.'

Belichick not taking Tyrod Taylor lightly
'Belichick appended his thoughts on Taylor to that opener, saying, “Taylor’s no rookie. This guy’s been in the league for five years and he was a good player when he had an opportunity to play at Baltimore. Different but in some ways it kind of reminds me of the Cassel situation where he went to Kansas City. [Cassel" target="_blank"> played here for the year, Taylor never really got the opportunity to play much in Baltimore but I’m just saying they’re in those roles, they get an opportunity to play and then everybody finds out, ‘Hey, they’re pretty good…’ but the guy in front of him is pretty good too. That’s one of the benefits of free agency for a guy like that to (get) where the road’s a little clearer.”'
Bills safety Aaron Williams: 'I hate New England'
'"Just gotta remember where [Rob Gronkowski" target="_blank"> and [Julian" target="_blank"> Edelman are," Williams said. "Hopefully our defensive linemen get to Tom [Brady" target="_blank">. Our job in back end is to hold those guys as much as possible so the Cold Front can go up there and do their job, and that's sack Brady."'
Patriots on edge about Buffalo's many weapons
'“Lot of explosive players. They are very explosive,” Bill Belichick emphasized in his Tuesday conference call. “And Taylor, we saw him take off for a 31-yard run last week. So it really doesn’t matter who those guys are. Watkins. [Robert" target="_blank"> Woods. They have a lot of speed there. Explosive players and they are all very dangerous.”'
Game Preview: Patriots travel to Buffalo to take on the Bills
'QB Tom Brady is 23-3 all-time against Buffalo. He has more wins against Buffalo than any other NFL team. The New York Jets are second with 20 wins. Brady's 23 wins against Buffalo are tied for the second most wins by a quarterback against an opponent. Brett Favre had 23 wins against Chicago and 26 wins against Detroit.'
Tom Brady one of Tyrod Taylor's biggest motivations
'Taylor shares the same birthday as Brady, albeit 12 years later.'
Which Division Team Was The Most Impressive?
All the teams in the AFC East were impressive as this was the first time since the realignment in 2002 that they are all 1-0. I have to go with the Bills as the most impressive because of the quality of their opponent and how soundly they defeated them.
Heck of a Win
There is so much to like about Sunday’s game I hardly know where to begin. I would have been thrilled with any sort of Bills win to open the season, but this outcome was one of the sweetest. The Bills have won a handful of shockers over the past 15 years, but usually these wins falls into that category of “wow – that was somewhat of a fluke, but I’ll take it”. Sunday’s game was different.
