But if not, we want to make sure we have enough interest and they have enough skill set that we can have them on the practice squad and we can keep them on campus and keep them in our program. So what we want to do is have them next year make that next step. And make the roster next year and contribute, and the year after that compete for a starting job. And that’s how you can consistently compete without having the ups and downs because you’ll have guys in your program and they know what’s expected of them on and off the field and especially in the classroom.”'
