‘Chandler has been the Bills’ primary receiving tight end for four years, and there isn’t a defense in the NFL that feels the need to devote more than one defender to cover him, which makes it more difficult for Buffalo’s wideouts to work against single coverage.’

‘”I’ve been going to a number of stadium and arena developments around the country where, when placed in the right spot in a community, it creates significant economic development around a property,” Jerry said. “Obviously, that hasn’t happened out in Orchard Park. But picking the right location in this city could be very impactful, not just in terms of having a new home for the Bills, but in terms of driving economic development within the city itself.”‘

‘The biggest thing holding Schwartz back from getting another shot at being a head coach is the lack of success he had the first time he was a head coach. Schwartz went 29-51 in five seasons as the Lions’ head coach. Yes, he managed to change the culture in Detroit and get the Lions back to the playoffs, but he also had four losing seasons in his five years. Eventually, Schwartz will get a second chance, but is he the best man for the job?’

‘After a rough year in Cleveland, Kyle Shanahan hasn’t been shy about exploring his options. He’s even considering a lateral move to be an offensive coordinator elsewhere because of tension between coaches and the front office in Cleveland, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.’

‘One thing that was obvious during Ryan’s time in New York was that Jets players loved playing for him. Despite the fact that Ryan spent most of the season knowing he would be fired, the Jets played one of their best games of the season in their finale against the Miami Dolphins. At the very least, he’ll get players to play hard.’

‘Ryan spent the last six seasons coaching the New York Jets and twice led them to the AFC Championship Game. He was fired after New York finished 4-12 this season. Of the candidates the Bills have interviewed for the job, Ryan is among the most experienced as a head coach.’

‘”I have a three-day window at the end of the season in which I can collect $4 million and get the hell out of Buffalo, and since I have absolutely no idea how to develop the young quarterback who I was involved in selecting less than two years ago, I believe Kyle Orton gives me the best chance to scrape out an extra win or two this year, which could be the difference between another team that has not really been paying attention viewing me as an up-and-comer or realizing that I am really Mike Mularkey with a Bronx accent.”‘
