‘Williams was due a $5.2 million salary next season, but the Bills will be able to get out from underneath the final four years of his contract without an injury settlement by releasing him once he has recovered.’

‘”His morale is always positive,” Woods said. “Of course he wanted to play and be out on the field with us and he went hard every rep he had. Even when he was on practice squad, pretty much he went hard every rep. We were able to do it there and win a big game with Cleveland at home. We’ve got an even bigger game this week, and with Aaron Rodgers and their offense coming in, our crowd can play a big a part in this game as they’ve played in any game this year. He relies a lot on different counts, a lot on different cadences, keep pass rushers off their toes, keep the defense on their toes. So yeah, crowd noise could be a big benefit for us this week.”‘

‘In 10 meetings, the Packers won all but two games. They averaged 29 points in their eight victories and 6.5 points in their two losses (both on the road).’

‘”I’ve probably never seen a defense play to each other’s strengths as well as our guys do. Our secondary has really played well all year. They play aggressive. They know the quarterback doesn’t have a ton of time to throw the ball so they play very aggressive. They’re smart. They’re well-coached. It can turn into a feeding frenzy pretty quick. It’s fun to take a peek at our defense whenever they’re on the field,” he added.’
