‘Orton, a 10-year journeyman, went 30 of 43 for 308 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Orton set up the decisive score by hitting rookie Sammy Watkins over the middle for a 20-yard gain.’

‘Marrone says quarterback Kyle Orton and holder Colton Schmidt informed him during the game they both had lasers shined at them. The team then followed league protocol by informing NFL security staff. Marrone said the issue was eventually resolved before the game ended.’

‘Ralph Wilson lived in the Detroit area and fell in love with the NFL when his father first took him to a Lions game when they were still playing at Tiger Stadium. Wilson even held a small share in the Lions before he helped form the upstart American Football League and establish the Bills in Buffalo.’

‘Bills three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Kyle Williams (right knee) and linebacker Nigel Bradham (left knee) are both listed as inactive. They were hurt in a 23-17 loss at Houston last weekend.’
