Bills sign CB Sam Miller
‘Miller spent time with the Bills earlier this year on a try-out basis during the team’s minicamp. The 5-10, 190 pound Florida International product played in nine games in 2013 during his senior season for the Panthers, recording 33 tackles and returning eight punts for 105 yards. Miller is 22 and a native of Miami, FL.’
