‘As executive vice president of corporate marketing and communications for Time Warner, Ginsberg, according to the company’s web page, works with Time Warner’s top executives at its operating divisions on a wide range of corporate matters.’

The formation of the New Stadium Working Group was a function of the stadium lease that was negotiated in 2012 between the Bills, Erie County and the state. When the renovation to Ralph Wilson Stadium that is taking place right now was approved, it was decided that exploration should begin regarding the construction of a new stadium either on the current site in Orchard Park, or another location in Erie County.’

‘Gov. Andrew Cuomo appointed Time Warner executive Gary Ginsberg to what’s being called the Bills’ “New Stadium Work Group.” Ginsberg is the company’s executive vice president of global marketing and grew up in suburban Buffalo. He previously served as an assistant legal counsel to President Bill Clinton.’

‘First off, I don’t think the Bills will do it because they won’t want to give up the collection of draft picks it would take to go up eight spots. It would only be worth it if there is a franchise quarterback they absolutely adore and the only way to get that player is to be at the top of the draft.’
