‘Johnson is hampered by a groin injury, an all too familiar ailment in the receiver’s career. He sustained the injury after making a reception in last week’s game against Pittsburgh.’

‘Buffalo’s defensive backfield was doubling as a shuffle board back in Week 3 in their first meeting with the Jets. Already without top corner Stephon Gilmore (wrist surgery), Buffalo lost number two corner Leodis McKelvin in the first half. Jairus Byrd was also out of the lineup with plantar fasciitis. Now with a healthy secondary the Bills have to not only prevent big plays in the pass game, but post some takeaways knowing they have just one in their last three games.’

‘Bills cornerback Leodis McKelvin said he expects it to be noisy on the field. “We’ll get to rapping back and forth, chomping at each other. I’m looking forward to going at him in a real game,” McKelvin said.’

‘”My natural position is receiver and I’m just hoping that at some point I’ll be able to showcase my ability on offense,” said Easley, who has been getting some time lately on offense due to injuries to Goodwin and Woods, and may see even more Sunday if Woods and now Stevie Johnson can’t play. “But if this is what it’s going to be, then this is what it’s going to be.”‘
