‘Safety Jairus Byrd, left guard Andy Levitre, defensive tackle Kyle Williams, safety Da’Norris Searcy and wide receiver Ruvell Martin all did not take part in Wednesday’s session as the Bills gear up to take on the New York Jets on Sunday.’

‘As the Buffalo Bills get down to the business of finding their quarterback of the future, among other things, you can bet they’ll be spending a lot of time talking about Mike Glennon from North Carolina State.’

‘Buffalo Bills CEO Russ Brandon joined WGR Wednesday morning to discuss the new lease, the potential of a new stadium, Chan Gailey’s future and what he will remember 2012 for.’

‘Buttles (6-5, 230) participated in the team’s 2012 rookie minicamp on a tryout basis. The Maine product earned Second Team All-Colonial Athletic Association honors in 2010 after catching 27 passes for 291 yards and a touchdown. Buttles will wear No. 88.’

Rookie Ron Brooks has also started two games. Second-year man Justin Rogers, while not starting any games, has seen ample playing time as the nickel cornerback.’
