‘However, at their first ounce of adversity though, this team crumbled. To say they are mentally beaten down from the way this season has progressed is not that far of a stretch. You could just read the ‘Here we go again’ mentality all over their faces and body language.’

‘”I’d hate to start over and that’s not what I want but when you lose this many games I understand change happens. And it’s gonna happen at some position. They called it an incomplete pass and the Bills were visibly frustrated after that. They settled for a field goal and never really recovered.’

‘It was Buffalo’s fourth loss in their last five games as the Bills again struggled on offense. Aside from C.J. Spiller, who finished with 173 total yards from scrimmage, Buffalo’s offense had trouble moving the ball. Buffalo didn’t reach the red zone until the early stages of the fourth quarter.’

‘”No. If we score (at the end of game) and get the on-side kick, it’s a competitive game. The guys didn’t quit fighting. Like I said, we gave up too much too early. I don’t think we weren’t competitive. I think we competed.”‘

It doesn’t matter if you lose by one point or lose the way we did today…losing sucks. But I’m proud of my guys for having great character, playing hard and giving it all we had today.
