‘For the second straight week, defensive end Chris Kelsay will not be able to play for the Bills because of a neck injury suffered in a practice leading up to Sunday’s game against New England. Kelsay joins Mark Anderson, Aaron Williams and Fred Jackson as the four players officially listed as out for the contest against Miami.’

Upon Further Review- Bills OL & DL vs Patriots
‘Like the story with Kyle Moore, Mario Williams also had a game better than advertised. There were times when he was outworked by his assignment, but Williams played with a similar edge that he had against the Houston Texans. He helped flush Brady from the deep drop a few times in the game, and was also stout against the run. Mario Williams was not the defense’s problem against New England. In fact, none of the starting defensive linemen were.’
Call it a choke
‘I think in their last three losses Ryan Fitzpatrick has choked in two of them.’
Kyle Moore benefits from personal military connection
‘Born in Schweinfurt, Germany, Moore quickly learned what it was like to be a military child. The Bills defensive end lived with his family in Europe for four years before moving to the states, and remembers bits and pieces of his time overseas. His father, an Army 1st Sergeant was always on the move.’
Stevie Johnson: ”It’s time to turn it around”
‘You can I mean yeah, we can build off of that but we need to get wins forget the whole ‘we played well, we got first downs, we scored this many points.’ If you don’t win the game then it really doesn’t matter that is pretty much the attitude that I have and hopefully everyone else around the locker room has.’
Kyle Williams: ”There’s no law that says it can’t be done”
‘We’ve all talked about it and just kind of looking ahead of us all the teams that were getting ready to play are kind of where we are. They’re fighting to get in to the last spot or so. I think just kind of the general thought is that it only takes a spark to start a fire and that spark is winning one football game. If we win one, I think guys feel good about making a run here at the end of the year.’
Scouting Report – Week 11
‘C.J. Spiller is going to need to be effective against Miami’s top 10 run defense. That means getting positive four-yard gains as much as delivering a handful of big plays. Buffalo’s ground game has to be more effective than Miami’s to control the clock and limit the Dolphins number of possessions.’
