They’ve done it for the revenue sharing in terms of paying that back, they can do it for this G-4 program.”‘

‘”Obviously, there is a competition right now between me and Vince,” said Thigpen. “I think Vince and I understand the way the business works and every year they are going to bring somebody in to compete with you. At the end of the day, I have to worry about myself. If you are out there worrying about somebody else, you aren’t working on the task at hand.”‘

Game Preview – Bills vs. Redskins
‘The starters will see a fair amount of time in Thursday night’s game, but Gailey said it won’t be more than a few series for offense and defense. “Somewhere around 15-18 plays,” said Gailey. “That’s the plan going in. If they’re in the middle of a drive we might keep our ones out there. If we’re in the middle of a drive we might keep our ones out there. If it’s 13 (plays) and they’ve played well we might get them out if it’s the end of a series. Somewhere around that 15, 18 (range) though.”‘
Hairston’s right move may help Glenn
‘”You hate that it’s happened the way it’s happened. We had to move Chris over to get some reps at right. It’s not exactly fair to Chris, but he’s a good football player and he can adapt. We’ll see how this works out. I think we’ll get Erik Pears back next week and we can go back to the normal rotation that we’ve had.”‘

Buffalo Bills’ Arthur Moats making quite an impression in camp
‘”So far so good, but the main thing is to keep improving,” he said. “You want to strive for perfection and I just want to keep getting better. It was good to hear (Wannstedt) have that confidence in me, but you still don’t want to get complacent, you want to continue to improve.”‘

Buffalo Bills training camp fun for kids
‘With all of the activities it’s easy for kids, and adults as well, to forget that there’s a practice going on. From when fans first exit the shuttle bus they walk into an air conditioned tent that offers a football toss, cell phone sale, blood pressure screenings, media guides, ticket sales and a gift shop. Outside the tent there are concession stands with fried foods to rival the New York State Fair, including macaroni and cheese and Oreos.’
