"During the entire time that Peoples Financial worked with Mr. Young, there was a trustee in place who approved all actions taken on Mr. Young’s behalf. That trustee, who was not named in the petition, approved the actions taken by Mr. Peoples’s firm, including any financial decisions or transactions on behalf of Mr. Young."’
