‘Spiller wants to win badly and he notices there’s a difference this season in the fans and the city too, “It is a big buzz around town. This town they deserve it and we haven’t been good lately, but at the end of the day we look good on paper, but we still have to go out on Sunday’s and get the job done. It’s not going to be overnight, we’ve still got to push the envelope towards to goal that we’re trying to accomplish.” So the obvious question is how do they accomplish that goal? “We need to be consistent throughout the season, no matter if we win a lot or get down so we’ve just got to be consistent and learn how to put a game behind us and go on to the next one.”‘
