I had a chance to watch the guys play a lot last year on film because pretty much the guys who they were playing we were right behind when I was in Philly (Philadelphia). ‘”Day one it was all I could do to think about getting the ball to the quarterback and thinking about the plays and footwork and the defense and that stuff wasn’t really happening,” he said. “I had some narrow tunnel vision, but as the days went on I didn’t have to think about the snap, it became automatic, so I could start looking to see where the defensive tackles were and then I could see where the linebackers were. ‘During rookie camp, Brooks has been working on the left side with top draft choice Stephon Gilmore on the right. When Brooks makes a play he loves to hear it from the crowd. “It just excites me knowing that the fans are behind you that just gives you more confidence to go out there and do what you do and that’s what I fed off of. At LSU the fan base was amazing so hopefully I’ll be able to come up here and the fans give me that same energy and I give the same energy back to our fans and hopefully get us a Super Bowl.”‘

‘There were 21 prospects taking part in Bills rookie minicamp this past weekend on a tryout basis. In all likelihood only one or two might get a call back. For Dorin Dickerson and Nick Saenz the three days of work gave them an opportunity to further pursue an NFL career. Both were signed by Buffalo on Monday.’
