‘Twice, Chan Gailey and his assistants made the right adjustments and found a way to come back and win games they were down big. Another game (KC), they were far more prepared than their opponent. That’s all great, but they were also out-coached and out-adjusted at the half in Cincinnati and Oakland and New England came into Orchard Park better prepared to start the game than the Bills did. So, out of the eight halves of football the Bills have played, I’d say they outcoached their opponents in five of them. All that being said, the true mark of coaching in the NFL is getting the most out of the talent you have on your roster. And I don’t think many would argue the Bills coaches have done a good job of that overall so far.’
