‘Corner’s non-interception was a byproduct of the rule passed in 2008 that said there are no force-outs. A player must come down with both feet inbounds, regardless of being pushed by an opponent. The rule, however, also states that a player can’t be picked up in the air and carried out of bounds. In that case, a force-out still applies. But on the Corner play, when the Ravens’ Anquan Boldin wrapped up Corner and fell out of bounds with him, it wasn’t an unnatural act. Boldin didn’t take any extra steps to "carry" him.’
