It’s not the kind of move that will snap players to attention. The feeling around the Bills, like with the Orioles, is that losing is inevitable. The only way to change that is to bring in someone that players think will overcome the losing feeling in the air. Hiring Georgia Tech’s former coach doesn’t accomplish that.’
