T.O.’s influence pays off for Hardy
‘”This is the first time I’ve had to come through this kind of adversity,” Hardy said. “It’s been hard, but, at the same time, things happen. You just have to adjust to them. Getting on-the-field reps and mental reps are two totally different things. Now that I’m back out here with the guys, I feel I’m getting better each and every practice.”‘
Green playing with fresh legs
‘”If you are undrafted, you have to work harder to earn people’s respect,” Green said. “You have to prove every single day. It can be hassle, but if you keep working you will get to where you want to be."’
Brown goes with the flow in QB rotation
‘”It’s exciting. It’s a lot of work, you’re always doing something, whether it is practice or meetings, but it’s fun,” he said. “It’s the position I want to be in. Everyone wants to be here, so I’m grateful for the chance and just trying to do as well as I can.”‘
Buffalo Bills won’t bring back Aaron Schobel
‘"The decision up to camp was that he could still report," said Nix. "And he had not told us whether he was retiring or whether he’d report. So it was a point that when he didn’t show up that we’d gone as far as we could go."’

BillBoard: Daily dose Monday from the Bills

Bills putting early emphasis on fewer false starts
‘”We work on it every day,” Gailey said after a recent training camp practice at St. John Fisher College. “I make it a point every day. I don’t have any magic wand. I don’t have pixie dust. … Guys generally respond to things you make a point of emphasis of.”‘
Bills rookie LT Wang hurt; could require surgery
‘Coach Chan Gailey provided no details of the injury after practice Monday, except to say doctors will determine within a day whether surgery is required. Hurt a day earlier, Wang watched practice with a wrap around his lower right leg.’
Wang might need surgery
‘”Ed has something that they may have to operate on and it might take him out for quite a few weeks,” said Gailey. “We’ll have to wait and see what the doctors say about that. That decision will be made tomorrow.”‘
