‘I believe Buffalo also should offer a package including a second-round draft pick, a surplus defensive back and the other lower-round picks required to top the offer from St. Louis. To protect McNabb, the Bills could add an instant starter at offensive left tackle with the No. 9 overall pick. It wouldn’t take much from McNabb to make Buffalo more fun to watch for two or three years.’

‘McNabb’s signed only through this season and, according to widely circulated reports, wants no part of Buffalo or Oakland when it comes to his long-term future.’
